What's Cookin' with Val: Rep. Jasmine Crockett

Make Rep. Crockett's Boiled and Fried Cabbage at home: Ingredients: Cabbage Chicken Stock Olive Oil Garlic Fat meat of your choice Salt & Pepper to taste Take your olive oil and garlic and throw that in a pan with your seasonings. Add in a fat meat of choice and fry down your cabbage. Add chicken stock and boil. The frying process seals in the flavor and the boiling gives the cabbage great tenderness.
