Make Rep. Jacob's Great Grandmother's Cookies at Home: Ingredients 3 Eggs 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup OJ 1/4 Cup Water 1 tsp Vanilla 4 Cups Flour 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 Cup Oil Pinch of Salt Sugar & Cinnamon Directions: 1. Mix eggs and sugar together. Add oil, juice, rind, salt, vanilla, and water and mix. 2. In a separate bowl mix 2 cups of flour and baking powder. 3. Mix the 2 bowls together. Keep mixing and gradually add the remaining flour. 4. Knead the dough. Let the dough rest. Roll the dough out on a floured cutting board with a floured rolling pin. Cut cookies out in whatever shape you’d like. 5. Dip in a plate of cinnamon and sugar. Put on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 – 14 minutes at 350 degrees.
